How To Order

Our process is simple, clear, and built around making your project as streamlined as possible:

1. Share your idea or artwork Send us your concept, inspiration, or print‑ready artwork. Whether you’re a business owner, designer, homeowner, or trade professional, we start with whatever you have. If you're a business, we will come do a site survey and walk through discussing your specific needs and create a sign package tailored to your business.

 

2. We design a digital proof image, showing layout, materials, measurements and details before anything goes into production. This ensures everything looks exactly the way you want. 

 

3. Fabrication begins Once approved; we craft your sign using the materials and techniques best suited for your project—CNC routing, hand carving, hand sculpting, or layered construction.

 

4. Finishing & detailing Your sign is primed, painted, and coated using high‑quality finishes for long‑term durability. Gold leaf gliding and specialty finishes are available when the project calls for it.

 

5. Pickup, delivery, or installation coordination. When your sign is complete, we’ll arrange pickup or delivery or installation date and time.

***For trade clients, we can package/crate signs unbranded and ship directly to your customer.

What are your signs made from?

Every project is built using materials selected for durability and performance. Depending on where the sign will be installed, we recommend the best option for your application. We work with Wood, PVC, Acrylic, HDU, ACM, Epoxy Cements and many other signage‑rated materials. If you have a preference, we’re happy to build your sign in the material you choose.

How large of a sign can you make?

As large as you need. Whether it’s a small plaque or a large commercial feature, we can fabricate signs in virtually any size.

How do I tell you what I want on my sign?

Will you create a Sketch or proof for me to review?

Yes. We provide a digital proof before production. In rare cases, certain colors may not preview perfectly in software, but your finished sign will be painted exactly as approved.

​Dimensional Sign Mounting Options.

Our dimensional signs and letters can be installed using a variety of professional mounting methods to suit your space and style. Choose from flush wall mounting for a sleek, modern look, stud mounting for added depth and secure installation, or stand-off hardware for a floating effect with shadow play. We also offer post-and-panel systems and Custom welded brackets for suspended options for storefronts and interiors. Each method is selected to complement the sign’s design, location, and intended impact.

Dimensional Letter Signs ( When mounting letters directly to wall) 

​Stud-mounted letter signs come with a paper template showing clearly marked hole locations for quick, streamlined installations. For smaller letter signs, we use VHB (very high bond) tape and a half template for a clean, simple setup. Smaller plaques and awards feature a keyhole on the back for flush wall mounting. For any mounting questions, feel free to reach out.

How long is the Turnaround & Ordering?

Typical turnaround: 3-14 days after the day of Proof Image Approval also depending on complexity of paint, finish work etc. We work at a quick pace to provide the turnarounds we do, but we refuse to sacrifice quality and craftsmanship.​
